"My Best Self" Coaching track
Our comprehensive program is tailored to bring you from beginner to expert. Each track is a 12-week individualized coaching program.

12-week lifestyle coaching program based on the Inspired Wellness Nine Pillars of Health and your choice of area(s) to focus. We will meet weekly via video conferencing. In the 2nd session, we will collaborate and you will design YOUR Wellness Vision Statement that will be the foundation of our work together. The process is client-driven and the content will be tailored along the way, according to your needs. You will have access to the coach via electronic messaging between meetings. The initial session will be 45-60 minutes. Ongoing sessions will be 30 minutes.
Cost: $1,250
Congratulations on completing 1.0! You are doing great and making progress! When you choose to continue for another 12-week lifestyle coaching program we will begin meeting every other week (instead of weekly) via video conferencing. We will continue the wonderful progress you have already made, focused on your Wellness Vision Statement. As always, the coaching process is client-driven, and the content will be tailored to meet your needs. You will have access to the coach via electronic messaging between meetings. Keep up the GREAT work!
Cost: $625
You are to be congratulated for your perseverance and dedication to the process! When you choose to continue for another 12-week lifestyle coaching program (version 3.0) we will reduce to meeting once per month via video conferencing. We will check-in and navigate any challenges; brainstorm new ideas; and generally work together to ensure your wonderful new habits are solidly engrained into your lifestyle. As always, the coaching process is client-driven, and the content can be modified at any time according to your needs. You will also retain your access to the coach via electronic messaging between meetings.

Group Coaching around Various Topics
Online group coaching with a weekly group Zoom call is currently under development.

12-weeks of fitness programming and coaching according to your goals and fitness level. This could be strength training and/or cardiovascular exercise. Programming will be delivered to Client electronically with coaching via video-conferencing. If the client is local to the coach (within reasonable distance), Coach may agree to coach client in-person with a reasonable additional charge for mileage and travel time.
Cost: $730
12 weeks of Nutrition education, ideas and accountability! This includes shopping education, kitchen (content) makeover and nutrition tracking. Macros? AIP? Keto? Paleo? Programming to fit your goals and lifestyle. The BEST plan is the one that is sustainable for you! There is no one-size-fits-all.
If the client is local to coach (within reasonable distance), Coach may agree to provide shopping and kitchen content makeover services in-person with a reasonable additional charge for mileage and travel time.

Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) course
4-week Group Coaching for Metabolic Health
Four weeks of group coaching via video conferencing around your use of the CGM. We will notice and discuss general foods and activities that affect your blood glucose and best practices for managing a stable and optimal level. You also will be in a group chat on my HIPAA compliant Practice Better platform where you can ask questions and share information between weekly sessions.

Join the wait list for the next group coaching session and receive a 10% discount. You will also receive free educational content that will prepare you together with information to obtain your CGM and be up and using it on Day 1 when the group coaching begins.
Private YogaFaith
YogaFaith is worship on your yoga mat. Private 1:1 sessions with Coach will lead you through a 60-minute gentle yoga session with cueing for proper movement and alignment as well as instruction.
Coach will provide soft worship yoga music and cueing based on the intention of the yoga session.
This service is offered in-person for clients who are local to coach. Availability up to 30 mi round trip with additional travel/mileage charged accordingly.
This service may also be available for groups and/or special events. Please contact us to discuss.

Membership also includes:
- Private VIP Facebook group for coaching program clients at all levels. Coach will provide educational content as well as encourage community between clients.
- Inspired Outdoor Adventure (private Facebook group) for group exercise. Days/time/activity will vary according to group needs.
